Engineered wood flooring approx 2.5 sq m (Higham Hill E17)
One unopened box, four planks and one (warped) off cut. Rustic oak tongue and groove. It’s old - left over from house refurb -but has been stored flat. Collection only, and you’ll have to get it downstairs yourself!
