Bread Making Ingredients (Erin Mills)

I tried making bread without a stand mixer - never again!
So I am offering:
2.5 kg of Robin Hood white bread flour (less 2 cups)
2 packets of fast rising / instant yeast
1 unopened 2 kg pkg of white sugar
Erin Mills Pkwy & Burnhamthorpe Rd for porch pickup.
