Bicycle Pannier bags (underwood, NG16)

Very old classic Karrimor bags. Cavernous! Expanding drawstring design with flap over to pull down. Have been very well loved over the years. Need to replace lower elastic hook to fix to carrier rack. They just hang on the rack rather than clip like modern ones. Would recommend use of bungee cord for extra security
