Walking Pad - no longer turns on (Canterbury)

Sperax XM-Q1 Walking Pad - will no longer turn on. It is in practically new condition, was lubricated regularly. Comes with remote (taped to the pad in the picture). It failed with some kind of speedup that threw me off and then it stopped working. It shows an E6 error code with 2 possible reasons: 1) fuse overload - the fuse tests ok or 2) lower controller is damaged - I don't see any evidence of physical damage to any of the electronics. The boards were cleaned and the connectors checked. I suspect maybe one of the big IGBT transistors? Maybe you'll have better luck at getting it going or at sourcing a spare control board. Please, if you make a commitment to pick it up at a specific day/time you are expected to honor your commitment. Thank you.
