Cassette recorder (needs repair) (Walthamstow Central E17)

Philips AQ6455 cassette recorder. Bought off eBay a few years ago and worked briefly, but then broke so needs repair. I identified the issue as being the cogs stopped spinning (not a band fault), but electrically it all worked fine enough. I'm not savvy enough to repair it, so this could be something that's simple or requires more expertise. There is no communal area to leave this for collection, so will have to arrange a time to do so
