outdoor cat house for a stray cat needs love, affection (Plumstead SE18)

He is still a kitten and has been abandoned. I feed and look after him but cannot afford a water proof cat house as he is affraid of everything. I've bought food wet and dry, flee drops, I am UC and cannot afford to buy a house for him. If any one has a plastic raised cat house I will be more than happey to have it
