This is an old Humax PVR9200T Freeview box with a 160Gb internal hard drive for recording programmes. You basically plug an aerial into it and then plug your TV into it in order to view Freeview digital television channels.
The digital receiver seems to work fine (so you'll be able to watch live Freeview TV), but I didn't test the recording feature. As I understand it, this box was retired because the household switched to Virgin Media rather than there being issues with the Humax itself.
It only supports a SCART connection, so no HDMI. I'm also pretty sure it doesn't support HD (high definition) TV. It's considered obsolete and the last software update for it was back in 2010. If you're still interested despite the caveats, I would be happy for it to find a new home.
