Next sofa - leather used (Stretford M32)

See photos. It's used there are several marks but they're easily covered with a marker or a sofa throw etc. apart from the few minor marks it's in really good condition and very comfortable. It just doesn't fit with my requirements now because of my mobility problems getting worse. Because it's heavy I can't move it around on my own.

And as it's heavy it will need at least two strong people and I'd recommend a van too.

I have mobility issues so I would not be able to help with the move once it's outside the front door.

I'm on the first floor but there's only one straightforward flight of stairs to the exit of my building. I would also recommend something like a platform trolley.

Please do not ask for this unless you definitely want it and have transport and help to take it away.
