Haven't got a cable to test it, but was working a few years ago. The cover is a bit battered, but the platter and arm are in good condition. Would be a good project for someone to work on.
Just to confirm this probably does not work - it is untested and not been used in over 30 years. there are some parts missing (the tonearm rest for example) and comes with no power cable or cartridge. I am hoping whoever takes it can fix it up and not just throw it away.
