Mannequin form (Lake Cook and Rte 41)

Got this from a lingerie place last year and used it outdoors for Halloween decorations. I tried to take the foam off so it wouldn’t get wet, and that’s why it looks so odd. I need to get rid of it before garbage days on April 25. If I still have it, I’ll have to toss it. Photo taken next to door so you can gauge the size. Other than looking messy, there is nothing wrong with it.
