White, now gone slightly off-white with age, floating shelves (floating means that when attached to the wall the brackets are hidden), and brackets.
Each is 132cm wide, 26cm deep and 29cm high (to nearest cm).
We had them fitted oriented as in picture, but I suppose you could rotate them 45 degrees fit them like a staircase.
There are two shelves.
