Bissell older style hoover head (Se6 2ha)

This is a longshot but does anybody have the old style head that goes on the Bissell Smart clean pet Hoover as mine got damaged and it was still under warranty but they have upgraded the head and when attached to my hoover the bristles don't turn… It does suck up but just doesn't time and they have sent me two new ones and both of them do the same thing so if anybody has the old style this little head that they no longer need it would be appreciated… I know it's a longshot
