I’m looking to get back into fitness after two years due to a disc replacement in my neck.
If anyone has any small dumbbells 1/2/5kg, excercise ball (65cm) and/or yoga mat please can I be considered for them? I need to lose weight due to my asthma and finances as we know for most are tight.
