Exercise bike/other for knee rehab (Bwlchgwyn)

I badly hurt my knee 2 months ago: it is finally on the mend, thank goodness. I have been advised an exercise bike could really help recovery. I still can't drive but have someone locally who has offered to collect if not too far from Wrexham. Do you have one you that you no longer need/or even, that I could borrow? Thank you for any help.
