Sunchoke/Sunroot Tubers/Artichoke (Airport Hwy/South St.)

These are called as the title says, but they are considered perennial yellow on yellow sunflowers that look like 4" daisies. Unless trimmed back they'll get as high as your gutters and are late summer bloomers which really stands out when everybody else's yard is done. Right now they're 2" tall and grow fast.
