Has not been worn, made of paper but feels like light straw. Is definitely floppy and I have resisted steaming it to straighten out - mainly because I don't/have not wear/worn it.
The brim is 15cm wide - from Monsoon Accessorize. Bow tie decoration around the crown. Relisted as promise was cancelled.
