Recycling bin of Dover council (Deal, Kent (CT14))

Recycling bin large, hardly used and in great condition. I have purchased it from Dover council and they don’t want to take it back, I was told to dispose of it now that I don’t need it any more, but I’d rather give it to someone who needs it.
