Ladder / chair / desk (Burgess Hill RH15)

Hi everyone. I’m looking for set items for a play I’m directing in June. It’s The 39 Steps at Burgess Hill Theatre Club. The play is set in the mid 1930s. We need a living room chair with arms, a wingback or chesterfield style would be ideal, a desk and a wooden ladder, among other things.
