Builders Hat (Garden City OX5)

This was retrieved from a skip some years ago with the intention of using it when felling a tree. We had it done professionally so it's has been in my shed ever since. It is in clean condition but I am making no guarantees as to its worthiness for what it was intended. I think they only have a certain life span (probably why it was in a skip in the first place!) so I am offering this as a party dressing up prop, Village People?
