As sitting on the third floor since we moved in 40 years ago. Emerson. 110v . 20" wide x 14" high.
Tested it and it's blowing cold air. You would need a support or block on your window sill and replace expanding side panels with plywood or cardboard. Bring strong help to get it down from the third floor.
