Dozens of these to go in the next few weeks. No photo, but if you were considering growing them, then you know what they look like.
Fairly invasive and we clearly didn't harvest enough over the winter so they are growing again.
Note that these are Jerusalem artichokes which grow in the ground and look like gnarly potatoes.
Please let me know when you can collect, and I will dig a dozen up for you and leave them out for collection.
