Conifer tree (Holmcroft ST16)

Conifer tree, it was in our garden but dug it up and put it in a pot due to its size. It was doing well but unfortunately I think it's declining due to being in a pot, and I don't have room in the garden any more. There's a bald patch (shown) as it grew up along the fence. Standard fence height for scale (around 2m).
