Computer (Crosshills BD20)

Just looking for a workstation PC such as a dell optiplex that is no longer needed. I’m on a strict budget and would love to be able to upgrade over time than buy a brand new, overpriced computer. Only PC is needed, no monitor, mouse or keyboard (although feel free to give those if you want) Thank you very much :D
