bike (Uxbridge)

Hi everyone, I am looking for a bike to help me get around and improve my mental health. I am currently going through a very difficult time and I am in a tough financial situation, so I cannot afford to buy one. Any type of bike (women's, men's, or hybrid) would be a massive help for me and for taking my dog out for some fresh air. If you have an old bike you no longer need, I would be very grateful.
