Dog buggy lardge (TR18)

Hi i have a dog buggy its the largest one u can get on the market i had it for my rottweiler she passed last July and I would like to gift this to sumone that it could help one of the wheels has bent witch u could just get another one or if u know sumone that can do the spokes its still in really good condition
