Home clear out- SW20 (Raynes park, SW20)

Hi, I am clearing out several household items. They are in good/excellent condition and available , provided you can collect them from Raynes Park.
IMPORTANT: Most upholstered items do not have fire labels attached, so they are offered for personal use only.

1 x Black Single Recliner Chair (No fire label).
2 x Single Bed Mattresses (No fire label) with 1 x Pine Bed Frame.
1 x Fold-away Guest Bed with mattress included.
1 x King Size Air Mattress with built-in electric pump (Working).
1 x Square Wooden Coffee/Side Table with glass top (Approx. 75cm x 75cm).
10 x Black Metal Frame Screen Partitions (Material panels, foldable, excellent condition).
12 x Greenhouse Wire Mesh Shelving Units with stands (Excellent condition).
Requirement: You will need a large van and help to load. Preference given to those who can take multiple items or the whole lot at once.
Condition: Items are "as is"—please note the lack of fire labels on the soft furnishings.
