Pillow measures 23 inches(H) by 16 inches (W). The top pillow can be removed. It also has pockets on the side.
I bought it two months ago after an injury when I was on bed rest. Used only couple of times.
Bought for £40 in January just needed when I was injured but don’t need it anymore.
