Tan leather 2-seater sofa (Chiltern Park Ave, Berkhamsted)

A tan leather two-seater with a classic yet contemporary feel. The kind of sofa that has real character and would look brilliant restored.

Approximately 155cm wide, probably 10-15 years old, with a solid timber frame, woven elastic webbing suspension and dark tapered wood legs. The structure is completely intact and firm. The only issues are some sagging in the middle seat where the webbing has softened over time, and leather that needs a good clean and condition - there's some surface cracking and colour loss on the arms, it's been near a radiator and heaters, but nothing that shouldn't respond well to treatment.

Leather oil and microfibre cloths included to get you started. Smoke-free home.

A brilliant project piece with loads of life left in it.
