A dial torque gauge ?for Super 8 cameras (Lodge Moor S10)

This was given to me as being useful for gauging the torque needed by a super 8 camera to drive the cassette. I know no more but it is essentially a very sensitive Tohnici torque gauge connected to a fitting which apparently engages with a part of the camera. For collection only.
