Bought new 8 years ago. This set was well loved but our kids are teens now. It has seen 8 winters so condition is fair. Must take entire structure and carry out/haul away (in parts I assume) on your own. Bring tools. This must be done in one day. I do still have the manual if you’d like it. Thanks all. Super cute dog not included.
