Pick-up for a man (Wylie, TX)

I am requesting a pickup truck for a man that volunteers at the food pantry I also volunteer at. He can work, but he can't carry his tools on his bicycle. Can someone help him help himself, please!
I don't have any relation with him, but I drop him off at the end of the volunteer event weekly. If I had the means, I would help him. I have gifted vehicles to others in need back when I had the blessings to do so. Right now, all I can do is spread the word. He has no children. He does help his invalid mother, though. Thank you.
