Confidence Vibrafit (LS11)

I have no clue what exactly this is. Friend gave it to me to get rid of cause its not working but I ve checked it and it does power up and vibrates but it is quite loud. The only thing which I can is that is broken is on of the knobs visible on picture but maybe someone can still use it?
