Suitcase – handle sticks (Epsom KT19)

Giving away a medium/large suitcase. Wheels and main body are in decent working condition, but the pull-up handle is stuck halfway and won’t fully retract. Might be an easy fix for someone handy or useful for parts.

Would suit someone who doesn’t mind carrying or wants to repair it.
