Ikea sm mattress cover+fitted sheet (Bethesda 20814 near BCC HS)

As pictured, for mattress 3 ft long by 22 in wide. With pillow-sheath (?) at one end of mattress cover (at left in first photo).

From a household with no history of bedbugs or anything else scary - though we did later acquire two cats (long after this was no longer in use). Posted here because thrifts won't take bedding as donations.
