Large to Mid size plant (Fresh Pond, Cambridge)

I have this plant in my office. It's been doing well for two years and then one year ago it started showing confounding symptoms. I tried changing the amount and frequency of water I give it, the amount of sunlight it receives, the type of plant food or fertilizer it gets. But nothing worked and the plant is clearly suffering in my care. If someone is less confounded and more confident in their ability to care for it, I would love to make sure this plant goes to a good home.
