A pair of Basic bike panniers (Southhouse EH16)

I have two somewhat scruffy but serviceable bike panniers, they are universal fitting to almost any rack with hook and velcro fastenings as photo.
They are showerproof but not waterproof, each is approx 16" high x 11" wide x 7" deep at the largest with a drawstring closure inside the cover flap, they have a small zippable front pocket.
One has a slight tear in the bottom and one has a cut top closure strap but still fastens securely with the other one.
