Unfinished project (CO4 9 Colchester)

Any diy handy person out there ?
Unfinished project, was going to be a bin store but hubby never got round to finishing it - could you ?
Do you want it ? Could be made into something useful by the right person.
See photos for measurements, have a piece of osb board also , I think that was for side.
Would need collecting in evening or at weekend to be arranged when hubby is about to move it.
