Homemade compost (Littlemore OX4)

I've got a pretty full compost bin in the garden but we never actually use the compost. An animal has made his way in all the way to the top and brought out the compost from the bottom. So compost is now a mix of fully degraded things + other things that were higher up in the bin. Is this useful to anyone?
