Double conservatory chair. Structurally ok. Cushions are a bit faded and will need a wipe over, and sadly the tops have been weakened by the sun so have split a bit - possibly repairable or just make a cover for the head rest.
It's a comfy chair that will do someone a turn, we just don't have space for it.

* We need this gone ASAP as it's in the way now and we'd hate to have to take it to the tip!
