Sofas are well loved. No tears, rips stains or holes but the leather will require some conditioning or leather polish.
Cushions are removable and can be cleaned with ease.

They have been in a home with cats.

They are on the 2nd floor and will require to strong individuals with moving experience to take down to the main floor and out of a townhouse
