I'm in Leicester and looking for an old laptop that someone's no longer using. I'm currently out of work and can't stretch to buying one, even second-hand, but I'd like to spend some of this time learning Linux and brushing up on technical skills.

Spec really doesn't matter — I am ideally looking for a ThinkPad as they are quite sturdy but really anything from the last 10 years or so will do. Even if the battery's dead or the keyboard has a sticky key, as long as it powers on and the screen works, I can make use of it.

Happy to collect from anywhere in Leicester or nearby. I'll wipe the drive myself, or I'm happy for you to wipe it first if you'd prefer.
