This is the litter box recommended by Victorian Gardens Cattery in their famous YouTube video (Taking The Mystery Out Of The 3 Breeze Boxes and Bottom Litter Pans / https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aWUNp8tGhY4). This system is absolutely great because your cats do the work of sifting the pine pellets for you. I believe I have a suitable base box for this, too.
I am not using it as my primary litter system because my feral cats much prefer the resulting sawdust to the pine pellets. It gives them a better experience of hiding their poop, and it eliminates the odor completely. If my cats weren't feral, I would be using the system recommended by Victorian Gardens Cattery.
