Hebe plant (Hayle TR27)

This hebe has blue flowers, but has been in a too small pot for a while & needs repotting or planting out - it’s clearly stressed but certainly alive! I don’t need anymore hebes do would be glad for someone to take it off my hands. I’m keeping the pit!
