It does work but I'd say not suitable for internet these days. Possibly as a child's 1st PC? Or for a Tec collector? Just seems a shame to bin it!
NO mouse, keyboard or power lead.
It has the Office Suite as well as the programs that came with the system ( maybe office did too?)
Ideally collection to be arranged for next weekend.
