This is a 3-section folding timber loft ladder .
Please note:I
t is currently just the ladder unit and hinges as shown in the photo.
It does not include the insulated hatch door or the outer wooden frame.
Perfect if you need replacement sections for an existing ladder or are handy enough to build your own frame/hatch.
