Ladies Bike (EH19, Bonnyrigg)

Small apollo not been used for years but gears/brakes appear sound- i cant get tyres pumped not sure if i am just chronically stupid or if inner tubes need replaced. I'll consider a few messages before deciding who gets it , sure way not to get it is too send multiple abrupt messages pestering me about it.
