15kg parasol stand (Whitemans Green RH17)

This is brand new - it came with a new table and chairs we bought - which also came with a parasol. But we already have a good stand for it - so this basic stand is surplus. There is NO PARASOL with it - it’s just the stand. But if someone can make use of it, it’s brand new and unused.
