janky beach wonder wheeler, needs cleaning/wheel tightening, but works

hi, this was given to me but i dont have a car, so i really cant use it to take it to the beach. it is big and folds but still takes up space. it was gifted to me and the wheels are dirty and seem loose but still work. the mesh bag has a few holes but definitely still works to hold things.

i am in rego park and will meet you outside with it.
