Working Computer for A Non Profit (Novato)

My name is Scott and I am a volunteer at - and the Audio Visual Archivist for - the Vallejo Naval and Historical Museum. We are in need a computer that is not terribly old, as it must be powerful enough to handle Windows 11 and light video editing work.
