Bike with stabilisers (Whitchurch BS14)

My daughter has outgrown this bike. Hope it finds a new home.

It is in good condition. Little used. I have to say the design doesn't seem super well thought through, the stabilisers don't make stong contact with the ground, and something abouth the center of gravity doesn't work. Perhaps someone else might make more more sense of it that me.
